Cochinita Pibil
The most popular recipe of the Yucatan Peninsula: Roasted Pork, marinated with an astounding bitter orange juice-annatto seeds sauce. Serve with black beans, roasted tomatillos and habanero hot salsa, the traditional xnipek pickled red onions and corn tortillas.
 

Pollo con Mole

Tender pulled chicken meat cook in a traditional sauce made with chicken consome, dry mild chilli peppers, tomatoes, peanuts, almonds, spices, a hint of dark chocolate with cinnamon, served with Spanish rice and corn tortillas.

Organic and fresh Romaine lettuce with fresh made croutons, grated Parmesan cheese and crunchy bacon bits, all dressed with our traditional Caesar dressing.

 

Jicama Salad

Tostaditas de Salpicon de Res

Prime pulled beef mixed with fresh grated carrots, diced tomatoes & onions, chopped cilantro, all dressed with bitter orange juice, olive oil and served on a lightly fried corn tortilla.

 
Salbutes de Pollo y Frijoles
Lightly fried corn tortilla with a spread of refried black beans, topped with pulled chicken breast, pickled red onions, avocado and habanero salsa.

Albondigas al Chipotle

Baked prime beef and pork meat balls, serve with a roasted tomato sauce with a touch of Chipotle peppers.
