Jicama slices, dressed with lime & orange juice, coarsely ground toasted peanuts, salt and a touch of ground chili peppers.



Tasty avocado dip served with little corn tostadas.


Tuna fish Ceviche
Tuna fish marinated in local bitter orange juice, topped with a tangy pico de gallo with habanero peppers and pineapple.


Chipotle Shrimp
Tequila-Flamed shrimp, served in a sautéed tomato sauce with garlic, orange juice & a touch of chipotle peppers.

Turkey  breast in Mole sauce

Tender turkey breast topped with a stunning dry peppers sauce, served with white rice with fried plantains.
