The classes are only held at the comfort of your villa. Choose a menu from the  four different options. A date could be posted for a chosen menu if requested from a client to create a class group.

Chicken Consommé

Chicken broth garnished with pulled chicken breast, fried corn tortilla strips, diced white onion, cilantro, fresh chilli peppers and a squeezed of lime.  

Arroz a la Mexicana

Long grain rice with a tomato sauce, carrots, peas and potatoes. 

Pollo con Mole - Chicken with Mole sauce 

Tender pulled chicken meat cook in a traditional sauce made with chicken consome, dry mild chilli peppers, tomatoes, onions, peanuts, almonds, spices and a hint of dark chocolate with cinnamon. Served with rice in tomato sauce and fresh corn tortillas.

Enchiladas de Mole

Chicken Mole Enchiladas made with corn tortillas, sour cream and crumbled cheese.

The classic snacks at the Mexican beach.

Fish Ceviche
White fish fillets mixed with chopped tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro, cucumber, fresh hot peppers and lime juice.


Shrimp Cocktail 

Mexican gulf shrimp, mixed with chopped tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro, cucumber, orange juice, chipotle peppers and ketchup.

Fresh Salsa 

Traditional Pico de Gallo salsa with corn chips. 


Creamy and tasty avocado dip with diced onion, cilantro, hot peppers and lime juice.

For services at Marea azul, fase 2 Playacar and services out side of Playa del Carmen town a transportation fee will be added according with the distance from downtown Playa del Carmen.

Habanero peppers with tomatillo sauce.

Pickled red onions with a touch of habanero peppers & orange juice

For this service we require a NON-Refundable deposit of one third of the total. Which you can pay through Pay Pal. For Services out side of Playa del Carmen an extra charge for accommodation, if necessary, and transportation will be added according to the distance from Playa.
