Tequila & Mezcal tasting
I will introduce you to the world of Tequila and Mezcal with five or six different 100% agave spirits which includes the traditional Blue Agave for Tequila and exotics agave plants for Mezcal like Tobala, Coyote, Cirial, etc. We will learn the differences between Tequila and Mezcal, Their regions, and how are produce.
I will teach you how to make the most popular cocktails made with Tequila, Margarita, Tequila Sunrise, Paloma and "Sangrita", a tomato based drink made with spices, grenadine, lime and orange juice that is served as a side drink with the Tequila.
All of this will be paired with a great dinner with top ingredients.

Seared Tuna fish-fillets, topped with a our Tamarind sauce with Morita peppers, served with fresh leaves and toasted bread.
Romaine lettuce, fresh orange supremes, jicama sticks, topped with coarsely ground toasted peanuts, ground chili peppers and our citrus dressing.
Hoja Santa con Queso
Aromatic and edible leaf, stuffed with goat and quesillo cheese, served with a roasted tomatillo sauce and corn tortillas.
Tequila-Flamed shrimp, served in a sauteed chipotle and tomato sauce.
