Taste and learn about some of the best, as well as my favorite varieties of Tequila and Mezcal with a pairing dinner. Learn the history and origins of Tequila and Mezcal, how to serve it and enjoy it. Enjoy a paired dinner that goes well with the spirits.
We will learn how to make the most popular cocktails with Tequila including Margarita, Tequila Sunrise and "Sangrita", a tomato based drink made with spices, grenadine, lime and orange juice that is served as a side drink with the Tequila.
We will get to taste and learn the differences in types, regions and flavors of the Agave spirits. We will include for the tasting and cocktails Premium Tequila made with 100% Blue Agave and Premium Mezcal made with 100% Agave plants including Agave Espadin, Agave Tobala, Agave Cirial and others.

Jicamas Pico de Gallo
Jicama slices, dressed with lime & orange juice, coarsely ground toasted peanuts, salt and a touch of ground chili peppers.
Tuna fish Ceviche
Tuna fish marinated in local bitter orange juice, topped with a tangy pico de gallo with habanero peppers and pineapple.
Tequila-Flamed shrimp, served in a sautéed tomato sauce with garlic, orange juice & a touch of chipotle peppers.
Chicken with Mole sauce
Tender pulled chicken meat cook in a traditional sauce made with chicken consome, dry mild chilli peppers, tomatoes, onions, peanuts, almonds, spices and a hint of dark chocolate with cinnamon. Served with rice in tomato sauce and fresh corn tortillas.
