Jicama, cucumber & carrots sticks dressed in lime and orange juice, coarse sea salt and a touch of ground toasted chili peppers.

Bruschetta d' Calabaza con Champignon

Zucchini and Mushroom Bruschetta

Toasted slices of rustic bread topped with grilled diced zucchini and button mushroom with a spread of goat cheese.

Tostadas de Frijoles - Bean Tostadas

Toasted corn tortillas with black beans, lettuce, crumbled cheese, sour cream and hot salsa.



Avocado dip with onions, cilantro fresh hot peppers and lime juice.














Caesar Salad

Organic and fresh Romaine lettuce with fresh made croutons, grated Parmesan cheese and crunchy bacon bits, all dressed with our traditional Caesar dressing.


Jicama Salad

Sweet romaine lettuce with fresh oranges and jicama sticks topped with roasted peanuts and dressed with our citrus dressing.

Pollo con Mole - Chicken in Mole Sauce

Oaxaca's favorite poultry dish. Pulled chicken served in a traditional sauce made with more than ten ingredients, including dry smoky peppers, tomatoes, onions, peanuts, almonds, bread, chocolate, raisins, sugar, etc. Served with rice and corn tortillas.

Lightly fried corn tortilla,  topped with pulled pork marinated with an astounding bitter orange juice and achiote seeds sauce. serve with pickled red onions, avocado slice, tomato slice and habanero salsa. 

Tostadas de Tzic de Res -Pulled beef Tostadas

Prime pulled beef served on a fried corn tortilla, the beef is mixed with fresh diced sweet radish, diced red onions, chopped cilantro, all dressed with bitter orange juice, olive oil and served with an avocado slice and habanero-hot salsa.
